About Rendez-Vous
This short poem was written as a test of the poet's ability to compose poetry in French. As with 'Watch How the Seasons Change,' the prompt for this piece was 'Twisted Nostalgia'; the poem deals with two individuals who have grown apart over time, and no longer have the relationship they once did; this has been undermined by the people they have become.
With thanks to Clay Dagusé for editing this poem.
